Refund policy

Returns
Since our products are custom made, we do not offer a standard return policy.  If you are not happy with the product you receive, please send a detailed email of your issue including relevant pictures and documentation to support your request for a return.  We will review your claim and contact you directly to resolve the issue as best we can. If your request is not received within 15 days of when you received the product you will not be eligible for a return.

If it is decided that you are eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
